Dr. Lance Montgomery, originally from Gonzales, Texas, completed his family practice residency at John Peter Smith Hospital (JPS) in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Montgomery completed his medical training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a residency at JPS, a teaching hospital known for its unparalleled clinical expertise and training. Dr. Montgomery and his wife are thrilled to be back to the Seguin area to establish roots and fulfill their passion for serving the community.
