Prescription Assistance Program

GRMC’s Prescription Assistance Program helps patients needing long-term medication and living on a low or fixed income receive needed prescription medications to treat chronic medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and depression. Please see your physician for a referral.

If you qualify, our Prescription Assistance Program may be able to help. The qualification guidelines include:

• Required to be a US Citizen
• Must have a low or fixed income
• Must be on long-term medication
• Your doctor must reside in Guadalupe County
• You must be able to pay a monthly $15 administrative fee
• You must be able to pick up your prescription at GRMC’s Prescription Assistance Program
