Urology
Urologists diagnose and treat problems involving the male reproductive system, as well as the male and female urinary tracts. The urinary tract is the system that creates, stores, and removes urine from the body.
Urologists can treat any part of this system. This includes the:
- Kidneys, which filter waste out of the blood to produce urine.
- Ureters, tubes which urine flows from the kidneys to the bladder.
- Bladder, which stores urine.
- Urethra, Tube which urine travels from the bladder out of the body
- Adrenal glands, glands located on top of each kidney that release hormones
We understand that some urologic conditions may cause embarrassment, which is why we focus on compassionate, expert medical care for urologic conditions, minimally invasive surgical procedures and everything in between.
