Meet the Team

Evelyne Matunda, Nurse Practitioner

American Academy of Nurse Practitioners member and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Evelyne Matunda, has been caring for patients in various settings for nearly 15 years. After completing her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Evelyne cared for patients in the cardiovascular unit at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield Massachusetts.  Most recently, Evelyne practiced at the Caring Health Center in Massachusetts and provided care to patients ranging from toddlers to elder adults.  Evelyn  joined the Guadalupe Clinic in August 2018 and offers a variety of services including primary care, chronic disease management, acute illnesses, as well as well-women exams and screenings, contraceptive management, and STD counseling and treatment.  She ensures patients are active members of their care team and that they know they are cared and valued as individuals.  By involving the patient in their care, she ensures that individuals are educated about their illness and managed in ways where they can see improvements in their day-to-day lives. She enjoys helping patients understand they have control over their health, and also building relationships with her patients so they know they are a part of the Guadalupe Clinic family. Evelyne is new to the Central Texas Region and in her down time she enjoys visiting different areas in the Seguin community, dancing, listening to live music and walking through Starke Park on a sunny day.  In the near future, she hopes to fulfill her dream of horseback riding in the beautiful areas around Seguin.

Donna Gilliam, Physician Assistant

With a focus on primary care and an emphasis on patient education, Donna Gilliam, PA has been caring for patients in and around Central Texas for the past 17 years. Before joining the Guadalupe Clinic in July of 2018, Donna cared for patients at the VA Outpatient Clinic in Seguin. With an education from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, her goal is to provide health and wellness education to those she cares for in order for them to achieve their best quality of life.  In addition, she spends time with patients educating them about their disease and/or its process, works with patients to form a plan of care to help achieve results that positively impacts their overall health and wellness.   Donna is an active member of the Hill Country Nurse Practitioner’s Association and in her downtime, she enjoys deep sea fishing, hunting and sports activities with her family.

Terry Banda, Clinic Assistant

Terry Banda is knowledgeable in healthcare, being that she has worked in various departments of GRMC for 21 years including a Certified Nurse Aid for the Transitional Care Unit, and a Health Unit Coordinator for the Intermediate Care Unit, Outpatient Clinic, as well as Endoscopy, before joining the Guadalupe Clinic. At the Guadalupe Clinic, Terry ensures each patient has scheduled follow up appointments, whether it be for an eye exam with the Optos Eye Machine, or a wellness visit. She also handles all referrals to other specialty physicians. Terry enjoys being able to help and care for her patients to ensure they live a happy and healthy life.

Lori Campos-Bautista, Clinic Coordinator

Lori Campos-Bautista is the Office Coordinator for the Guadalupe Clinic. Lori Campos-Bautista is the Office Coordinator for the Guadalupe Clinic for 25 years, in which she has worked under Social Services and Case Management before her final transition at the Guadalupe Clinic.  Lori is a local to the area, being born and raised in Seguin, as well as graduating from Seguin High School. Her passion is to provide resources and opportunities for those in need and to the community.
