Guadalupe Clinic

The Guadalupe Clinic provides primary care access to adult patients, 18 years and older, who are unable to afford primary care due to either being unfunded or with Medicaid insurance. The clinic treats chronic illnesses, all aspects of women's health care including well women exams, eye exams and more.

Who is eligible to receive care at the Clinic?
If you are 18 or older and qualify for, you can receive medical care at the Guadalupe Clinic. To apply for this program, you must first contact your local administrative office. You can find your local office’s contact information at 211texas.org. We also offer low-cost care for adult Medicaid patients or those who are uninsured. What kinds of care does the Clinic offer?
The medical providers at GRMC’s Guadalupe Clinic can treat a wide range of chronic health issues. Many patients come to us for care for long-term health issues, such as diabetes or congestive heart failure. We also offer well-woman exams, eye exams and more. If you are uninsured, use Medicaid or qualify for the indigent care program, the clinic can help you manage your health. That can help you stay healthy—and help you avoid the need for emergency room or urgent care visits.

How do I make an appointment at the Guadalupe Clinic?
You must have an appointment to receive care at the Clinic.

  • If you are an established patient, you can call 830.303.9400 to make an appointment. Most often, same-day appointments are available.
  • New patients are often referred to the Clinic by an emergency room provider. If you are referred, contact us to set up your first appointment.

Equitable access to healthcare
At GRMC, we believe that low-cost primary care is vital. It helps ensure our community’s health and well-being and makes healthcare equitable for all. The clinic works closely with the Prescription Assistance Program and GRMC’s diabetic educator to link patients to pertinent treatment resources in the community.
