The Seguin medical community is unique in many ways. Guadalupe Regional Medical Center is the only city-county owned hospital in Texas. We are a not-for-profit, non-corporate, community hospital licensed for 153 beds.
The GRMC facility is one of the most spacious and elegant in the Central Texas region, as well as technologically advanced. GRMC recently completed a $7 million construction project of a medical office building named the Willow, which is the first building of a master planned development of our Medical Arbor project. The multi-story medical office building holds 12 providers of various specialties.

There are approximately 100 active medical staff members; practicing in over 35 different specialties, at GRMC who live and practice locally. A hallmark of our medical staff has been and continues to be strong unity and dedication to patient care.
