Stroke Support Group - GRMC Stroke Support Group (GSSG), created by our Rehab Services Department, is designed to help members of our community interested in joining a support network to aid in successful recoveries. Stroke support grounds provide the opportunity to share concerns and solutions for the changes that occur after a stroke. Studies have shown the importance of social interaction on survivors. The feeling of being connected to others helps ease the depressions and isolation that often arises during recovery.
